In 2016, we began to to focus on the electronic special gas business and regularly reach close cooperation with famous semiconductor, display panel, photovoltaic and other industries customers.
In 2020, our factory started to be built in Jiujiang city, Jiangxi province and we started to get involved in the synthesis, purification and analysis of electronic special gases. The new plant is
expected to start mass production in 2023.
In the same year, the third-generation semiconductor division was established. And for third-generation semiconductor customers, we began to offer comprehensive solutions including special
gas, MOCVD machine spare parts and services, etc
